1. About Yueton Rides
Who is Yueton and what does your company do?
Zhengzhou Yueton Amusement Equipment Co., Ltd. is a professional amusement ride manufacturer based in Zhengzhou, China. We design, manufacture and export a full range of amusement equipment – ferris wheels, bumper cars, roller coasters, carousels, pendulum rides, trampoline parks, inflatable equipment, indoor playgrounds, trackless trains, and family & kiddie rides – for theme parks, amusement parks, shopping malls and family entertainment centers (FECs) worldwide.
Where is Yueton located?
Our factory is located in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China – one of the country’s leading clusters for amusement equipment manufacturing. Being based in this industry hub gives us direct access to experienced suppliers, skilled fabrication teams and efficient export logistics, which translates into better quality control and competitive pricing for our customers.
Is Yueton a reliable amusement ride manufacturer?
Yes. We have been producing amusement equipment for more than 15 years and operate a factory of over 30,000 square meters. You can verify our credentials in several ways: request our business license and export qualification, join a live video tour of our production line, check our CE and ISO 9001 certificates, or arrange a third-party inspection (SGS/BV) before shipment. We also welcome on-site factory visits by appointment.
Why choose Yueton?
- Direct manufacturer – no middlemen, factory prices.
- Large production base – over 30,000 square meters of factory area.
- Rich export experience – producing amusement equipment for more than 15 years, serving markets in Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.
- High-quality materials & painting – all fiberglass is 3-5mm strong, and all painting is baked at high temperature in our professional baking room, so colors do not fade.
- Competitive price with high quality, fast delivery and good after-sales service.
- Never keep you waiting – your inquiry is replied within 24 hours.
Which countries and regions have you exported to?
Our rides have been installed in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas – serving parks, shopping malls, and family entertainment centers. Recent project types include amusement parks in Africa, family entertainment centers in Southeast Asia (e.g. Indonesia), beachfront and mall rooftop attractions in the Middle East, and small-to-mid size parks across South America. We understand the local certification and documentation requirements of each region.
Can I visit your factory or check your company credentials?
Yes, we welcome factory visits by appointment. Before visiting, you can also verify our business license, export qualification and certificates through our official channels. We can arrange a video tour of the factory and live production line if you are not able to travel.
2. Product Range & Selection
What types of amusement rides does Yueton manufacture?
We manufacture ferris wheels, bumper cars, roller coasters, carousels, pendulum rides, trampoline parks, inflatable amusement equipment, indoor playgrounds, trackless trains, and a full range of family and kiddie rides. If you have a specific ride type or project in mind, tell us your park size, target audience and budget – we will recommend the most suitable configuration.
Do you provide complete park solutions or only single rides?
Both. You can order a single ride, or we can act as your turnkey partner for a complete park or FEC project – including ride selection, park master layout, themed design, and coordinated delivery of multiple rides in one shipment.
Can you customize the rides and park layout?
Yes. We provide custom themes, sizes, gondola and car designs, lighting and decoration options, and full amusement park master layout design. Tell us your site dimensions, theme concept and budget, and our engineering team will prepare a tailored proposal with drawings.
Which ride is best for my project?
It depends on your site area, target visitors and investment plan. Kiddie rides and trackless trains suit family-oriented FECs and shopping malls; ferris wheels and roller coasters are anchor attractions for larger parks; bumper cars and pendulum rides deliver high throughput and repeat visits. Share your project details and we will recommend a ride mix with expected capacity and ROI.
Can I get a catalog, videos and drawings before ordering?
Yes. We provide product catalogs, detailed specifications, photos and videos without watermark, and technical drawings for qualified inquiries. Contact us with your project type and we will send the relevant material package.
3. Quality & Certification
Are Yueton rides certified?
Yes. Our rides are CE certified and produced under an ISO 9001 quality management system. Selected models are also verified by SGS inspection before shipment. Depending on your destination market, we can also assist with the documentation needed for local compliance (e.g. EN 13814 for Europe or GOST for Russia).
Which safety standards do your rides comply with?
Our rides are designed and manufactured with reference to the major international amusement ride safety standards: EN 13814 (Europe), GB 8408 (China), and the requirements of ASTM F24 (USA) where applicable. We hold CE certification and ISO 9001 quality management certification, and we can provide the technical documentation needed to support your local compliance review.
Are your rides suitable for harsh outdoor climates?
Yes. Our rides are built for long-term outdoor use: all fiberglass is 3-5mm thick and strong, and all painting is baked at high temperature in our professional baking room so colors resist fading under strong sun and rain. Structural steel receives anti-corrosion treatment, and we provide maintenance guidance for tropical, coastal and desert environments.
What quality inspections do your rides go through?
Every ride goes through multiple quality gates: incoming material inspection, welding and structural checks, electrical safety testing, full-assembly functional testing, and a final pre-shipment inspection. Test reports and quality records are available upon request.
Can a third-party inspection be arranged before shipment?
Yes. We support third-party inspections by SGS, BV or other agencies you designate. The inspection can be arranged at our factory before loading, and you will receive the official inspection report before shipment.
Do you provide certificates and compliance documents for import?
Yes. We provide CE certificates, ISO 9001 certificates, export invoices, packing lists, and the commercial documents required for customs clearance. If your country requires special certificates, let us know in advance so we can prepare the documentation together.
4. Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
It’s simple: 1) Choose the items you need; 2) Send an email to admin@yuetoncn.com with your requirements; 3) We offer you the price with full specifications; 4) If the price is acceptable, we make the proforma invoice for you; 5) After payment confirmation, production starts and you receive regular progress updates.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Most of our products’ MOQ is 1 pc/set. For inflatables, we suggest you choose several items at one time; for amusement rides, we suggest ordering at least one 20ft container so you can save on shipping cost. Volume and multi-ride package orders receive better pricing and priority production scheduling.
How do I get a quotation?
Send us your requirements – ride type, quantity, size or capacity, destination port, and any customization needs. We will reply with a detailed quotation including specifications, delivery time and shipping terms (FOB/CIF/CFR) within 24-48 hours.
What does the price include?
Prices typically include the ride itself, standard accessories, technical drawings, installation documentation and export packing. Freight, customs duties, and on-site installation services are quoted separately depending on your terms. The final quotation states exactly what is included, so there are no hidden costs.
What are your payment terms? Can we choose L/C?
Our standard terms are 30% prepaid in advance and the balance paid before shipping. Generally we accept bank transfer (T/T) and Western Union. If your country’s banking regulations only allow L/C, we can also accept L/C – but the order amount must be at least USD 20,000, and the buyer is responsible for the bank fees.
Is your bank account a company account?
Yes. We are a professional international company – our bank account is under YUETON INDUSTRY LIMITED. Please kindly note this when making your payment so the funds can be matched to your order without delay.
Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?
For large or customized rides, we recommend a factory visit or a video call to inspect the production line and a completed ride of the same model. For smaller equipment, we can share recent delivery photos and arrange a live video demonstration.
How can I avoid risks when importing amusement rides from China?
Follow these practical steps: 1) Verify the supplier’s business license, export qualification and certificates; 2) Ask for a video tour of the factory and production line before ordering; 3) Sign a formal sales contract that states specifications, lead time, payment terms and warranty; 4) Pay to the company account (ours is under YUETON INDUSTRY LIMITED) rather than a personal account; 5) Arrange a third-party inspection (SGS/BV) before shipment if you want extra assurance.
5. Production & Delivery Time
What is the typical production and delivery lead time?
Standard models are usually ready in 20 to 40 days. Custom projects take about 45 to 90 days depending on scope, design changes and quantity. The exact lead time is confirmed in the contract, and we provide regular production progress updates with photos.
How will I know the production progress of my order?
We assign a dedicated sales engineer to your order. You will receive production progress updates, photos and videos of key stages – frame fabrication, electrical installation, painting, and final assembly – so you always know where your order stands.
What if I need my order urgently?
Tell us your required delivery date at the inquiry stage. For standard models with stock or short production cycles, we can often prioritize production. Urgent orders may affect pricing and freight options, which we will confirm with you before proceeding.
6. Shipping & Logistics
What shipping methods do you support?
We ship our goods to any country by sea, by air, or by express courier (DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, etc.). For land-connected markets we can also arrange delivery by truck or by train. Sea freight is the most economical for large rides; express and air suit spare parts and small equipment.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
The shipping cost depends on the weight and volume of your order. We will calculate the exact cost for your destination port or address as part of the quotation, and recommend the most economical option – for example, combining multiple rides into one 20ft or 40ft container.
Can I use my own shipping agent?
Yes, you are welcome to use your own shipping agent. If you don’t have one, we can also help you ship the goods to your country using our reliable freight partners.
What packing do you use to protect the rides during shipping?
Each component is wrapped with anti-corrosion protection, foam padding and sturdy crating or steel-frame packing as required. Fragile parts such as electrical cabinets and lighting are separately protected and marked. Export packing is designed for long sea voyages and multiple handling.
Who handles customs clearance and import duties?
We provide all export documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificates) needed for customs clearance at your destination. Import duties and local clearance are handled by you or your customs broker; our documents are prepared to make the process as smooth as possible.
7. Installation & Training
Do you provide on-site installation and training?
Yes. We dispatch engineers for overseas installation, commissioning and operator training, and also provide remote guidance after handover. Our installation service includes structural assembly, electrical connection, safety checks and test runs.
Can my local team install the ride without your engineers?
Yes, if you prefer. Every ride comes with detailed installation drawings and manuals, and our engineers provide remote video guidance throughout the process. For complex rides or first-time buyers, on-site installation is still recommended for safety and speed.
Do you provide operator training?
Yes. Our engineers train your operators on daily operation, safety procedures, and routine maintenance. Training materials and checklists are provided, and we remain available for remote support after we leave the site.
8. Warranty & After-Sales Service
What after-sales service do you provide?
We offer a 12-month warranty, lifetime technical support, and a reliable spare-parts supply chain so your rides keep running. Our after-sales team responds quickly to any issue and helps you solve problems remotely or on site.
How do I get spare parts after delivery?
We keep production records and part lists for every ride we deliver. You can order spare parts by model or part number, and we will prepare and ship them promptly – by sea, air or express as you prefer. Recommended spare parts are also suggested with each order for long-term maintenance.
What if a problem occurs during the warranty period?
Contact our after-sales team with the order number and a description or photos of the issue. We will diagnose the problem remotely first; if on-site service is required, we will arrange an engineer visit according to the warranty terms agreed in the contract.
How long does your technical support last?
Our technical support is lifetime. Even after the warranty period, we provide remote technical consultation, operation guidance and spare parts supply so your investment stays protected for years.
What should I know about insurance for imported amusement rides?
Insurance requirements vary by country and operator, so we recommend checking your local regulations and park insurance policy. From our side, we can provide the manufacturer documentation (certificates, test reports, invoices and packing lists) that your insurer typically asks for when covering imported amusement equipment.
