The Nepal project began the way the best long partnerships do – not with a quotation, but with a visit. The client came to our factory in 2018, walked the production line and judged the quality with their own eyes: the fiberglass molding, the spray painting, the assembly and testing stations. What they saw convinced them to order, and that first visit has anchored a cooperation that continues to this day.

The one-stop model is what keeps the partnership running. One contract covers the entire chain – manufacturing, export shipping, installation and operator training – so the client negotiates with one team instead of coordinating between a factory, a freight forwarder and an installation crew. When problems occur, there is one responsible party to call, and that single point of accountability is worth more on a project than a slightly lower quote from a fragmented supplier.
